 The
purpose to establish dormitory
It is for providing a good learning and living environment,
and promoting internationalization, society development , and
promoting a good learning relationship among students.
Students’ dorm equipments and conditions:
Room (for two): 23 Squire Meters
With kitchen, bathroom, toilet and refrigerator.
With man responsible for management.
3-4 minutes’ walk from the school,
Expenses:
(1) Entrance fee: about one month’s living expenses;
(2) Living expenses: single room: 62000 yen (except water, gas,
electricity fees);
double room:
32000 yen (except water, gas, electricity fees)
(3) Window curtain: 2000 yen (pay at entrance)
(4) Deposit for key: 5000 yen (The key and security deposit
will be returned.)
Conditions on using:
1. At least half a year (The half year’s lodging fee must paid
in one time );
2. The extension of living: renewed every half year. The lodging
turn fee of each time is same as one month’s lodging fee. If
living expenses for the whole term are paid at one time, the
students don’t need to pay for renewal fee.
For example, for a student entering in April, and studying for
one year. The expenses he needs to pay are:12 months’ living
expenses+entrance fee(one month’s living expenses)
32000 yen*12 months+32000 yen =416000 yen
3. If students want retreat for his  own
reason, the living expenses paid will not be refunded.
4. The usage of single is dependent on the actual situation
of empty rooms.
